I bring forecasting, risk analytics, and AI governance together.
I’m Aniket Barphe, a data scientist with 9+ years of experience across banking, insurance, energy, and climate. My career has taken me from weather and renewable energy forecasting to insurance analytics and banking AI. I bring that cross-industry perspective to predictive modelling, risk intelligence, and the responsible use of machine learning.
I develop machine learning solutions for forecasting, risk prediction, customer intelligence, NLP, and computer vision. My work combines statistical rigour with practical implementation, including model validation, monitoring and governance.
From renewable energy forecasts to customer and risk models, I focus on solutions that support real decisions and deliver measurable business value.

- Lead the redevelopment of NPA prediction models for SRA and Non-SRA loan portfolios.
- Migrated SAS-based models to Python and improved PR-AUC through ensemble machine learning techniques.
- Lead a 10-member AI/ML team and help shape the bank’s roadmap for customer churn, personal loan propensity, cross-sell, and up-sell models.
